Goal: Becoming acquainted with the latest findings and practices of strategic management as a specialized discipline. Mastering processes, methods and techniques used in strategic management.
Outcome: Upon passing the exam, the students will be able to: define the mission, vision and goals of a company; analyze company environment; apply methods and techniques for defining and choosing a business strategy for a textile company.
