Requirements: Knowledge of management and business economics.
Goal: Introducing the student to the basic elements of financial management, showcasing modern methods and techniques used in this discipline, adjusted to the needs of modern management in the current business environment.
Outcome: Upon finishing the course, the students will have obtained knowledge they need to independently use information pertaining to financial management to make business decisions. The students will be able to make financial decisions in concrete situations.

Problems in calculations. Decision-making based on marginal expenses. Analysis of the profitability threshold. Evaluating capital investments. Risk and uncertainty in investment. Cash flow analysis. Standards for measuring success in financial management. Auditing and internal control. Management aspects of the international accounting standardization.
