Goal: The aim of this course is to introduce students to the elements of metal and wood structures, and therefore to enable them to work out elaborationof a project and to buildstructures made out ofthese materials.
Outcome: The subject contributes to mastering the knowledge and skills necessary for the profession within the academic program Civil engineeringso that students are enabled to understand structural elements made out of metal and wood, which are frequently used in practice of designing and building construction structures.
