Goal:
Acquiring knowledge of the basics of regulations and legal norms, which affect the functioning of postal traffic.
Outcome:
Students will be able to independently analyze the regulatory framework for the activities within postal traffic and electronic communications.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
- Introduction to the subject.
- National and international sources of law.
- Regulations prescribed in the postal sector.
- Preconditions for the transfer of postal items and goods.
- Regulation in the areas of postal traffic.
- Procedures and recommendations.
- National and international regulatory bodies.
- Multilateral and bilateral international agreements.
