Requirements:
Goal: Acquiring knowledge of the basics of regulations and legal norms, which affect the functioning of postal traffic.
Outcome: Students will be able to independently analyze the regulatory framework for the activities within postal traffic and electronic communications.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Introduction to the subject.
  2. National and international sources of law.
  3. Regulations prescribed in the postal sector.
  4. Preconditions for the transfer of postal items and goods.
  5. Regulation in the areas of postal traffic.
  6. Procedures and recommendations.
  7. National and international regulatory bodies.
  8. Multilateral and bilateral international agreements.
