Goal:
The goal is for the students to gain basic knowledge on the organization of production; understand factors that are prerequisites of rational and economic manufacturing, analyze and improve organizational structure using appropriate indicators; become familiar with methods used in defining optimal organization in production; learn to choose working tools and determine the steps in the manufacturing process based on the optimal plan; become familiar with organizational structures and changes.
Outcome:
Upon passing the exam, the students will be able to: classify jobs within the organization; analyze and apply methods and techniques used in modern organization of production processes; design the organization structure of the company and adjust the production to organizational changes.
