Goal: The final paper, whose subject is chosen by the students, encompasses the knowledge and skills obtained throughout basic vocational studies. The goal is to systematize theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilites for independent work. The solution and/or analysis and presentation of a concrete problem, by which the candidate proves to have reached the desired level of professional ability and maturity in their chosen field. It is desirable, but not mandatory, for the final paper to be connected to industrial practices.
Outcome: In the creation of the final paper, the students are expected to apply research methods and techniques in their chosen field; apply and systematize the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained at their study program. Successful creation and presentation of the final paper at basic vocational studies enables the candidate to successfully keep track of and adopt innovations related to their chosen field, become part of the textile industry, and work as a member of teams in charge of manufacturing, implementation and maintenance of modern technologies.
