Requirements:
Goal: Introducing the students to the latest practices in management, a modern scientific discipline that will help them to successfully organize the work of textile companies.
Outcome: The students will have gained the essential knowledge and skills they can apply in the process of managing production systems, as well as developing the characteristics of a successful manager.

  7. Planning; definition, types and strategies.

  10. Human resources management – innovations and intellectual management.
  11. Leading – motivation.
  12. Leading – leadership.
  13. Leading – teams and teamwork.
  14. Monitoring.
  15. Finances as the invisible force of management. Management portfolio.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Practical classes closely follow theoretical instruction, with students presenting research papers on related subjects.
