Requirements:
Goal: Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills necessary for the design and implementation of works in expropriation and consolidation.
Outcome: Mastering the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills necessary for independent design and implementation of geodetic works in expropriation. Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Spatial and urban plans
  2. Expropriation, concept and definition
  3. Normative and institutional framework of expropriation, types of expropriation
  4. Experiences of applying the institute of expropriation in Serbia and some developed countries
  5. Determining the public interest in carrying out expropriation
  6. Issuance of cadastral plans and preparation of cadastral topographic bases for the needs of the main project
  7. Main design, expropriation belt
  8. Development of a project for marking the expropriation zone in the field
  9. Content of the marking project, realization of the marking project
  10. Recording a new situation in the field
  11. Preparation of a study for the implementation of changes in the competent SKN RGZ
  12. Procedure for implementing changes caused by expropriation in the real estate cadastre database
  13. Appeal procedure, administrative dispute
  14. Landscaping by land consolidation
  15. Historical overview of land consolidation
  16. Review of the current situation, use land planning in Serbia
