Requirements:
Goal: Additional education of students for the practical implementation of regular and extraordinary procedures and procedures in specific jobs of the real estate cadastre service. Training for independent work on solving all tasks in the field of maintenance of real estate cadastre and line castration, as well as additional deepening of already acquired knowledge in this field. Introduction to world experiences in the field of real estate cadastre.
Outcome: Additional knowledge of legal norms, procedures and procedures in the field of real estate cadastre and line cadastre and ability to implement them in practice, as well as the ability to independently solve the most complex tasks in this area. Application of world experiences and recommendations in our country.

  3. Cadastre 2014 - directions of development of modern cadastre
  4. Processing of cases taken over from the real estate cadastre services of the RGA
  5. Trend and vision of cadastre development - 3D cadastre, cadastre 2.0
  6. Conversion - conversion of the right of use into private property
  7. Conversion - conversion of usage rights into public property
  8. Determination of land for regular use of the facility in the conversion process
  9. Public property
  10. Derivatives of public property
  11. Public property holders
  12. Establishment of public property by registration in the cadastre
  13. Recommendations for future cadastre development
  14. International projects in the Republic Geodetic Authority
  15. Real estate and registration project Serbia - the goal of the project
