Requirements:
Goal: Enabling students for practical implementation of regular and extraordinary procedures and procedures in real estate cadastre services. Training for independent work on solving all tasks in the field of establishment, maintenance and renewal of the real estate cadastre and castration of lines, as well as deepening of already acquired knowledge in this field.
Outcome: Deepened knowledge of legal norms, procedures and procedures in the field of real estate cadastre and line cadastre and ability to implement them in practice, as well as the ability to independently solve complex tasks in this area.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Significance and history of real estate registers
  2. Analysis of previous and the emergence of a single record - cadastre
  3. Analysis of the CN principle
  4. Establishment of KN
  5. Significance of the provisions on the establishment of KN in maintaining KN
  6. Maintenance of KN, concept, types of changes and jurisdiction
  7. Submitting requests for implementation of changes and monitoring of the changes ex officio
  8. Procedure for registration of changes in real estate and real rights to them
  9. Legal and conscientious state, deletion of the holder and registration of property rights, registration of change of holder
  10. Differences between the registered state on the plot and the building
  11. Correction of incorrect entries when maintaining KN
  12. Executive out-of-court mortgage
  13. The procedure for settling the mortgage creditor
  14. Central Mortgage Register (CEH)
  15. Software used in the Republic Geodetic Authority, Geo DisKn, address register, etc.
  16. Development of e-government services;
  17. National geospatial data infrastructure
  18. KnWeb Internet service
  19. Analysis of software solutions used in some European countries
