Goal:
Course objective is that geodetic engineers master project management procedures, especially for efficient management of investment projects. The course should enable project management, namely time, cost, quality, communications, risk and supply management to be studied from the aspect of investors, contractors and stakeholders, as well as investment management to be studied from several aspects: technical-technological, legal, economic.
Outcome:
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of project and investment management and mastery of project and investment management procedures in the field of geodetic works in engineering and technical fields.
