Requirements:
Goal: Course objective is that students master the problems of planning and monitoring the implementation of investment projects, as well as determining the necessary resources and construction costs.

Theoretical instruction:
  1. Modern planning methods in construction.
  2. Control of project implementation
  3. Control of project implementation through network plans.
  4. Optimization of production plans.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Content from theoretical classes translated into practical application through exercises.
