Requirements:
Goal: Course objective is that students master the procedures and procedures that are common in the implementation - planning, design and construction of facilities. The course should enable to get acquainted with urban procedures - planning acts and appropriate regulations, as well as procedures for the construction of facilities, starting from the construction permit, to the use permit.
Outcome: Knowledge of procedures and procedures in planning, design and construction of facilities, as well as planning acts and regulations.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Preparation and control of technical documentation. Competence to issue a building permit
  2. Notice of possibilities or restrictions for construction on some land. Preliminary works and projects of previous works. Expert control of technical documentation. Building permit. Issuance of building permits. Execution of works for which no construction permit is issued
  3. Construction and construction control. Preparation works. Professional supervision during construction.
  4. Technical inspection of the facility. Probation period. Use permit.
  5. Urban planning. Types of urban plans. landscaping rules. Building rules. Urban project. Building plot.
  6. Building land. Public and other land. Furnishing. Preparation.
  7. Construction of facilities.
  8. Demolition of buildings.
  9. Issuance and revocation of personal license.
  10. Content and manner of preparation of technical documentation. Technical control of major projects.
  11. Facilities built without a building permit.
  12. Control of the facility during construction and in operation.
  13. Construction documentation.
  14. Warranty periods.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Content from theoretical classes translated into practical application through exercises.
