Goal: Training prospective geodetic engineers to work in the area of state surveying and cadaster, which includes the performance of common practical tasks in a standardized manner in accordance with the rules and regulations in force.
Outcome: Through theoretical instruction and practical training, students acquire the necessary knowledge to perform specific tasks in geodetic practice in the area of state surveying and cadaster.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. State surveying. Cadastral surveying, land consolidation surveying, water surveying, topographic surveying, surveying of state border. Characteristics of establishing real estate cadaster. File folders– preparing official paperwork. Issuing certificates. Maintaining real estate cadaster, application of the appropriate regulations.Changes in the real estate and property rights on them. Changes caused by division, plot merging, changing plot boundaries, land parceling project completion. Changes caused byconstruction, reconstruction, upgrading or removing a structure or part of a structure; or by division or merger of the special parts of a structure. Changes caused by changing the use of a facility and a separate part of a structure. Change of land type and use. Changes made by identifying and changing home number as well as by changing street and square names. Changes caused by variations in the value of real estate. Changes resulting from the change relating to the acquisition, transfer of restrictions and termination of a real right or titleholder of real estate and other changes.Surveying details (preparation, method and surveying methods) and the sketch of maintaining surveying (manual). Process of implementation of changes in the real estate and property rights to them. Establishment and maintenance of cadaster of lines.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Accomplishing practical tasks defined in accordance with the course content of theoretical instruction, in a standardized manner which is applied in the Republic Geodetic Authority.
