Requirements:
Goal: The objective of the course is mastering legal regulations relating to practical structure completion.
Outcome: Capability to master the procedures ofconstruction structure completion from the legal point of view thorough knowledge of the laws and by-laws.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Legal and technical regulations in construction industry.
  2. Procedure of structure completion.
  3. Law on Planning and Construction (Basic concepts, Plan documents, Urban Planning, Building land Conversion of construction land, Construction of facilities, State professional examination and licenses for responsible planner, urban planner, designer and contractor, Serbian Chamber of Engineers, Facility Demolition, Monitoring, Penalty clauses, Transitional and final provisions).
  4. By-laws - regulations of the Law on planning and construction. Taking state professional examination, issuing and revocation of personal licenses, Issuance and revocation of licenses for design and construction of facilities for which the construction approval is issued by the relevant ministry, Content and method of technical documentation preparation, Technical controlof the main projects, Information about location. Location permit. Building permit, Structures built without a building permit, Control of a facility during construction and in operation, Supervision, Technical inspection and use permit, site documentation, Warranty periods.
  5. Law on Public Procurement - provisions relating to the construction industry.
  6. Law on Obligations - provisions relating to the construction industry.
  7. Standardization Law.
  8. Special construction usances.
  9. Law on Safety and Health at Work. Regulations on protection at work in the construction industry.
