Goal: The objective of the course is to helpprospective construction engineers to master the procedures for effective management of investment projects. This is a relatively new field, which has had the world verification, especially for large projects. The course allows students to consider project management from several aspects: technical, technological, legal, economic.
Outcome: The curriculum of the courseInvestment management contributes to the educational objective by enabling engineers to successfully perform professional assignments and procedures in investment ventures. The course provides understanding of the management process of investment projects, exploring the content of business plans and feasibility studies, getting familiar with the relevant regulations and programs of financial institutions.
