Requirements:
Goal: Introducing students to the importance, tasks and goals of the subject Quality Management in Traffic.
Outcome: Knowledge of the concepts and definitions of Quality, introducing the goals of the Quality System and quality in traffic, mastering important examples of the application of quality in traffic and certain current case studies, so that students acquire appropriate knowledge that they can apply in practice.

  3. The role of place and tasks of quality systems in the organization.
  4. Quality and its vision for the future.
  5. Development levels of quality management, QMS and ISO 9000.
  6. Quality cost analysis.
  7. Manner of improving staff and thus quality.
  8. Ways of introducing quality systems in the organization.
  9. Concept of quality system improvement.
  10. Integrated quality management systems
  11. Model of excellence in quality.
  12. Quality techniques and tools in quality.
