Goal: Introducing students to the importance of communication in the area of business operations, particularly in the service sector (including transport activities).
Outcome: Acquiring verbal (oral and written) and nonverbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on interpersonal business communication.

  11. Advertising as a form of market communication
  12. Marketing public relations
  13. Marketing communication media.
