Requirements:
Goal: Students should get to know and study SS systems in other types of traffic and through them observe SS systems on the railway. Through SS systems, students will get acquainted with the technology of other types of traffic, get an idea of the regulations in transport.
Outcome: The student got acquainted in detail with SS systems and technology of other types of traffic. It is prepared to quickly fit into the combined transport process. The range of workflow coverage on the labor market has been expanded. He is close to the importance of regulations in the process of work not only on SS systems but also in general.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Domains and types of traffic
  2. Features of railway traffic
  3. The process of traffic in the railway network
  4. Features of road traffic
  5. Features of air traffic
  6. Features of maritime and river traffic
  7. Satellite and terrestrial communication systems in traffic safety.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Examples from theoretical teaching items are analyzed in auditory, demonstration and discussion exercises.
