Acquiring skills for recognizing and solving most frequently encountered problems that accompany modern business operations, particularly in the field of transport.

- Establishment of sociology and the sociology of work: Sciences differentiation process and their classification
- General approach to determining the relation between sociology and other social sciences
- Notion of the scientific method and methodology: Social sciences method
- Research subject and methods of the sociology of work: Establishment of the sociology of work
- Human work as a sociological category: Notion of human work
- Work culture: Notion of work culture
- Work environment and technical progress: Technical progress – conceptual determination
