Goal: Introducing students with work technology, capacity calculation, and efficiency of traffic terminals.
Outcome: Students gained knowledge about traffic terminals, their elements, types, and characteristics, as well as about vehicle depots and parking

Theoretical instruction:
  1. Definitions and terms of traffic terminals
  2. Technical maintenance models
  3. Vehicle technical inspection centers
  4. Fuel supply terminals (TSG)
  5. Control stations
  6. Road maintenance depots - Road depot
  7. Freight terminals
  8. Public passenger transport terminals
  9. Rest areas and motels
  10. Bus terminals
  11. Cost of owning capacity
  12. Parking and garages
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. 1. Models for optimal distribution of executors by jobs in vehicle depots and terminals. 
2. Multicriteria models for selection of macro and micro-location of vehicle depots and terminals (AHP method, SAW, and MABAC method).
3. Models of analysis of the performance of executors in terminals. 
4. Design of shortest paths for most frequent vehicle movements through vehicle depot (Dijkstra). 
5. Mathematical model for resource allocations of goods terminals on the network (Potential method).
6. Design of parking spaces. 
7. Terms of reference. Other forms of teaching.
