Theoretical instruction:
- Concepts and terminology, historical and technological review of publishing.
- Digital publishing technologies, textual and visual elements, formats.
- Typography, typography history, typography in the digital world.
- Programs for reviewing, controlling and working with text. Programs for the design of publications.
- Illustration and Graphic Design.
- Letters, text and the design of the publication.
- Picture in digital publishing, technological and production determinants, formats and exchanges.
- Working in a program for preparing photo and graphic material, photo editing, effects and corrections.
- Graphic design of small forms and logos.
- Graphic design of paper products and large formats.
- Graphic design of paper products and large formats.
- Electronic Publishing - History, Contemporary Practice and Perspectives.
- Printing Technology.
- POD technology (print on demand, prerequisites and practice).
- Accompanying documentation of the digital design and publishing.
