Rules and Criteria for Student Selection

Rules and criteria for student selection are announced in the student call for mobility.

Such rules may be regulated by a mobility agreement; if they are not regulated by an agreement, ATUSS uses the criteria closely defined in the document titled Rules and Criteria for the Selection of Students and Staff of ATUSS for International Mobility.

The criteria ATUSS uses to rank the applied candidates are given below:

  • Student academic achievement (GPA and duration of studies);
  • Language competence;
  • Number of realised mobility programmes student has participated in, whereby students who have never participated in mobility programmes are prioritised;
  • Student motivation.

The final decision on student selection is brought by the receiving institution abroad. Students from vulnerable groups shall, in accordance with the principles of positive discrimination, be considered for mobility and supported by international cooperation staff in all respects. In case two students are equally qualified for mobility, the one with no prior mobility experience shall be prioritized in the selection process.

Department School for Electrical and Computer Engineering currently has an open call for student traineeships for the academic year 2021/2022. You can find the call on the webpage of the Department, Internationalization - Mobility - Open Calls:  https://www.viser.edu.rs/konkursi
